Demonstration status
All listed properties, funding figures and financial assumptions are fictional demonstration data. No claim is made about existing assets under management, regulatory authorisation, historical returns or an operating investment fund. Live offers require an appropriate legal and operational framework.
Capital and investment risks
Investments may lose value, including all invested capital. Real estate has liquidity, tenant, valuation, financing, development, operational and currency risks. Projected annual returns are targets based on hypothetical inputs, not guarantees. Tax outcomes vary by investor and jurisdiction.
Enquiries and payments
An investment-interest submission is a non-binding enquiry. It is not a subscription agreement, allocation, deposit or confirmed investment. Demo properties cannot be paid for. Genuine checkout returns are verified through the payment provider; a receipt alone does not establish property ownership or eligibility.
Your information
Authentication is handled by the platform’s built-in authentication service. Investor profiles, saved opportunities and enquiries are stored in private, account-scoped built-in key-value storage. Contact form submissions are emailed to the app owner. Passwords and card details are not stored in the application’s key-value store.
Device preferences
The display theme and your preference to hide demonstration data are stored on this device. Clearing browser storage resets these preferences, but does not delete your account-scoped investor records.
